Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, in his new year message, said, “as we usher in 2025, we are optimistic that the economic reforms and policies initiated will yield positive outcomes, paving the way for a brighter and more prosperous year.”

Uzodimma continued, “In Imo State, the 2025 Appropriation Law signifies our commitment to enhancing existing infrastructure while building new ones to complement our growth.”

According to Governor Uzodimma: “Fellow citizens of Imo State, as we step into 2025 with renewed hope and expectations, I wish to celebrate each of you for your resilience throughout 2024, and despite the global economic challenges, which were not peculiar to our nation, you demonstrated remarkable strength and determination.


I also commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership and initiatives that played a significant role in helping us address these challenges. As we usher in 2025, we are optimistic that the economic reforms and policies initiated will yield positive outcomes, paving the way for a brighter and more prosperous year.


In Imo State, the 2025 Appropriation Law signifies our commitment to enhancing existing infrastructure while building new ones to complement our growth. Our focus remains steadfast on implementing people-oriented projects designed to foster economic development, improve livelihoods, and transform our State within record time.


As we embark on this transformative journey, I urge you to remain resilient and collaborative, supporting the Government’s efforts to make life more meaningful for everyone.
