Erik Ten Hag’s side defeated several Premier League opponents to reach the final of the tournament.
With United having to scale through four Premier League clubs in five FA Cup encounters, no one would say they didn’t earn the right to fight for glory at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Here is how Manchester United travelled through the FA Cup 2022/22 road to reach Wembley:
Third Round: Manchester United 3-1 Everton
Fourth Round: Manchester United 3-1 Reading
Fifth Round: Manchester United 3-1 West Ham United
Sixth Round: Manchester United 3-1 Fulham
Semi Final: Brighton 0(6)-(7)0 Manchester United (Penalties)
United have really fought hard to get to the FA Cup 2022/23 final, however, Manchester City are looking to clinching a treble this season.
The Citizens already have one – the Premier League 2022/23. The FA Cup 2022/23 and the Uefa Champions League 2022/23 remaining.
The question, can Manchester United stop Manchester City from clinching the treble they are fighting for by winning the FA Cup 2022/23 final?
