Conversation ⬇ Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Nigeria Police Force, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Force Headquarters, Abuja, has commented on an X user’s tweet who replied to one of his tweets, saying, “I disguised, none could recognise me” at the venue of the Candlelight Procession of late Nigerian rapper, Aloba Promise Oladimeji, AKA, Mohbad.

Force PRO revealed, while at the venue of Mohbad’s Candlelight Procession, “I gathered some intelligence”, and he went ahead and concluded that, “sincerely, many guys are our problem. You dey mourn, u con dey smoke, dey hit or attack people, dey drive reckless”.
Adejobi earlier assured, the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) “will carry out diligent investigation” to unearth the truth behind Mohbad’s death.
Following his expression of disgust at the behaviour of “many guys”, an X user replied Force PRO, Adejobi, saying, “I Stand with you on this, I couldn’t wait there I felt embarrassed, but if to say I see you, I for park carry you go my house go give you one bottle…”
Force PRO, Adejobi, quoted the X user’s tweet and commented: “None could recognise me, I disguised. But i intentionally attended to see things for myself and have an opinion about the whole thing. I gathered some intelligence there yesterday. Sincerely, many guys are our problem. You dey mourn, u con dey smoke, dey hit or attack people, dey drive reckless, etc. May his soul rest in peace. While I commend the organisers of the lagos procession for their steadfastness and understanding. I hope others will emulate them. It’s reasonable to end all processions at the latest 7pm. Candle light procession is a rite and must be purposeful.”
