2023 Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, disclosed, he “returned to the Federal High Court to attend to a “Cyberstalking” case instituted against me by a so-called Billionaire and now Nigerian Senator, Ned Nwoko” today, Wednesday 21 February, 2024.

According to Sowore: “Today I returned to the Federal High Court to attend to a “Cyberstalking” case instituted against me through the instrumentality of the Nigerian Police @PoliceNG by a so-called Billionaire and now Nigerian Senator, @Prince_NedNwoko, the Judge handling case, Justice Emeka Nwite said his ruling wasn’t ready and asked to do it next week Thursday. I told the Judge to strike out the case just as I repeatedly told him to dismiss the frivolous Treasonable Felony case being prosecuted by the Federal Govt, the Judge is insisting on delivering his ruling next week and stated that I don’t have to be in court.

“He’s hinted that he will rule in favour of a trial. This is one of those cases where our Police Force @PoliceNG lends itself to unethical and corrupt transactional persecution of citizens for cash or kind! It is shameful. However, we remain committed to taking our country back #TakeItBack by #RevolutionNow “
