His statement is coming following his side’s 2-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday 14 April, 2024 in the Premier League 2023/24.
Leon Bailey and Ollie Watkins netted the visitors’ goals in the 83rd and 86th minutes respectively to help the Villans grab all three points in London, as the Spanish manager described the win as “fantastic”.
Aston are currently fourth with 63 point, and are keen on clinching a spot in the Uefa Champions League 2024/25.
Manager Emery said in his post-match comments: “To win here is fantastic, it is very difficult.
“We did it, keep going, move on and be positive.”
