English attacking midfielder, Cole Palmer, netted the opener for Mauricio Pochettino’s side in the 34th minute, and Christopher Nkunku made it two in the 64th minute.
The Seagulls fought back and were able to pull one back in the 7th minute of additional time through English forward, Danny Welbeck.
According to Chelsea: “Four consecutive #PL wins!”
With this outcome, Chelsea are sixth with 60 points while Brighton are 10th with 48 points, both after 37 encounters.
