He made the call when he received Letters of Credence from the Ambassadors of Portugal, Jorge Adao Martins Do’s Santos; the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Biu Quoc Hung; and the State of Kuwait, Salim Khalifa Mohammed Almuzayen, at the Presidential Villa.
