Bayern Munich manager, Vincent Kompany, has hailed new signing, Michael Olise, saying, the Frenchman “integrated very quickly”.

Kompany added, “Olise is a lad with a lot of confidence.”
The Belgian manager’s statements are coming prior to the Bundesliga 2024/25 match between his side, Bayern Munich and Freiburg.
The Bavarians will field against Freiburg at Allianz Arena on Sunday 1 September, 2024 at 16:30 (WAT).
At the press conference ahead of the top flight game, Kompany said:
On Michael Olise, “He’s a lad with a lot of confidence. He’s integrated very quickly. Hopefully he’ll show in the coming weeks how good he is. He’ll be an important player for us. He needs to show it and earn it.”
On Freiburg, “The more you analyse a team, the more you understand the club. It’s impressive. The means that Freiburg have aren’t comparable. The team has a clear identity. The club acts in a very clear way and has been in the Bundesliga for a long time. It’s really impressive as a model. It’s a difficult game for us. But our goal at home at the Allianz Arena is always clear.”
On who’s fit for Freiburg: “We’re close to having everyone available. But I don’t want to apply too much pressure. We’ve not got that many worries. I hope we’ll have everyone available soon.”
