Erling Braut Haaland, Norwegian sharpshooter, has once again shown his scoring prowess as his hat-trick helped Manchester City cruise through West Ham United in the Premier League 2024/25 match at London Stadium on Saturday 31 August, 2024.

The Norway international opened scoring for Pep Guardiola’s Cityzens early, in the 10th minute, however, the Hammers levelled after Ruben Dias hit the back of his own net in the 19th minute.
In the 30th minute, Haaland placed the visitors back in front, and then went ahead to seal victory with his third of the evening late, in the 83rd minute.
With this result, Manchester City are now sitting comfortably at the top spot of the table with nine (9) points after clinching three wins out of three. The Cityzens are trailed by Brighton and Hove Albion by two points, while Arsenal are third, same seven (7) points as the Seagulls.
Brighton held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw on Saturday 31 August, 2024.
