He added, no need for a foreign coach to manage the Nigerian national football team.
According to Senator Sani: “Do we need a foreign coach?
NO
Because we have experienced local coaches and ex players who can lead the Super Eagles to victory.
YES
We need a foreign coach who can’t be bribed or influenced by local politics or internal sports administration wrangling.”
The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has made known Augustine Eguavoen will take charge of the Super Eagles after the unsuccessful deal with German managers, Bruno Labbadia, following German tax laws.
