Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has charged newly trained Police personnel “to approach their duties with integrity, fairness and professionalism”.

Okpebholo said, “the Edo State Government remains committed to supporting them with the tools and resources needed to excel in their duties.”

According to Governor Okpebholo: “Today, I had the privilege of addressing the passing-out parade of our newly trained police personnel in Edo State.


I charged them to approach their duties with integrity, fairness and professionalism. As trained personnel who know our land, people and culture, they are uniquely positioned to build trust within our communities and ensure the safety of lives and property.


I emphasized the importance of rejecting corruption, fostering strong relationships with the public and upholding the values of honesty and respect in their service.


The Edo State Government remains committed to supporting them with the tools and resources needed to excel in their duties.


Together, we will make Edo State safer and more secure. Congratulations to our new officers as they embark on this noble journey of service.”
