Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), Liz Truss, has come out to make her stand known in the fighting between Israel and Iran.

Truss said, “I stand with Israel.”
Her statement is coming following Iran’s attacks at Israel on Tuesday 1 October, 2024.
Iran fired “200 ballistic missiles of various types at Israel”, the Iran Military said.
The action which angered Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, forced thousands of Israelis to take cover in bomb shelters.
PM Netanyahu said, “Iran made a big mistake attacking Israel, and will pay for it.”
Also, Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said, “there will be consequences”, describing Iran’s attack against Israel as “a severe and dangerous escalation”.
