I feel very excited that this project justifies our calls for the establishment of oil and gas companies in the Niger Delta region and Bayelsa State in particular, and I am more excited that the refinery is being built by a Bayelsan, Dr. Azibapu Godbless Eruani.
This is a right investment and we welcome this great initiative that will boost our economy, build new skills and generate employment for our youths.
On behalf of the government and people of the State, I wish to congratulate the Azikel Group of Companies for this feat and we are waiting patiently for the take-off date set by the company for the last quarter of 2025.”
