2027 Election: Photos of APC’s Yilwatda and Akume signing the first National Peace Accord

National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, attended the first signing of the National Peace Accord in Abuja ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

While Akume signed the Accord on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Yilwatda signed on behalf of the ‘Broom’ Party.

The APC announced: “Today, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, attended the first signing of the National Peace Accord in Abuja, committing political parties and candidates to issue-based campaigns ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the presidential candidate of our great Party, signed the Peace Accord through the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, while Prof. Yilwatda signed on behalf of the APC.”
