Manchester United submits retained list to Premier League

Manchester United have submitted its retained list to the Premier League following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season.

Trio, Casemiro, Tyrell Malacia and Jadon Sancho, are among the players exiting Old Trafford, as their contracts with the Club come to an end.

Brazilian defensive midfielder, Casemiro, has enjoyed four (4) seasons at the Club, featuring in 160 games and netting twenty-six (26) goals. His heroics helped Manchester United win the Carabao Cup 2023, scoring a header in the showdown against Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United.

Casemiro, Captain of the Brazil senior national team, also won the FA Cup in 2024.

In 2022, Tyrell Malacia joined the Reds and recorded fifty (50) appearances for the Club. However, the defender (full-back) struggled at the Theatre of Dreams due to series of injuries. He was part of the team that lifted the Carabao Cup in 2023.

Jadon Sancho moved to Old Trafford in 2021 and was also a part of the side that won the Carabao Cup 2023. He fielded eighty-three (83) times for Manchester United before returning to German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund, on loan; he moved to Chelsea and Aston Villa temporarily.
