45th President of the United States (US), Donald Trump; United Kingdom (UK) Prime Minister, Keir Starmer; President of France, Emmanuel Macron, have all expressed shock following attack on Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel.

On Saturday 19 October, 2024, a “drone attack” was reported at the residence of the Israeli PM.
Netanyahu described the attempt to assassinate him and his wife as a “bitter mistake”, saying, the move “will not deter me and the State of Israel from continuing the war of revival against our enemies to ensure our security for generations”.
According to Prime Minister of Israel: “French President Emmanuel Macron and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis called today, to wish Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a happy birthday, and strongly condemn the attempt on his life.
“Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who met with the Prime Minister in Jerusalem today, and Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer also sent special greetings, as did five members of the US Congress with whom the Prime Minister also met today.
“Former US President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressed their shock to the Prime Minister over the attack against him. US House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson also called the Prime Minister and issued a special condemnation.”
