Priscilla Otti, First Lady of Abia State, has sent her wishes to her husband and Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on the occasion of his 61st birthday today, Wednesday 18 February, 2026.
Sending her birthday wishes to her “incredible” husband, Priscilla said, the day reminds her of the “moments” that bind them – “laughter and tears”.
Mrs Otti said, she is inspired by the “passion” her husband has for Abia State, adding, what she loves more is how the Governor brings the same passion to their home.
She said, her “Love” is that type of leader that “leads by example”, and shows their children what “service and love” truly means.
Priscilla made known, she feels no fret about the Governor’s “late nights, early mornings”, saying, Alex Otti is definitely a Governor to a lot, but, to her, he is “my everything”.
She expressed gratitude to her husband for being a “father and leader”, and said, she is pleased to walk this “journey” alongside him.

Alex Otti
Alex Otti was born on 18 February, 1965 in Abia State, Nigeria.
He is the current Governor of Abia State since 2023. Otti contested for the Office and won under the Labour Party (LP), and still remains a member of the ‘Papa, Mama and Pikin’ Party till date.
Otti, from Umuru Umuehim in Isialangwa South LGA, is an Economist, Banker, Investor and Philanthropist; a former Group Managing Director of Diamond Bank Plc, a retail financial institution in Nigeria.
At the 2023 Abia State Governorhsip Election, Otti discomfited his People’s Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart in the heavily-contested election.
