Ensure to put something aside no matter how little your salary is, former Super Eagles forward, Brown Aide Ideye, charge footballers.
Ideye advised, “footballers start saving for your future from day one.”
The former Enyimba Football Club forward’s advice is coming after parting ways with the Elephants.
Brown Ideye wrote on X: “Footballers start saving for your future from day one. No matter how small your salary is put something aside for your retirement.
“And pray for good to bring the right people around you. Most importantly pray for a right partner that will always be there for you even after your career.
“God bless you all.”
Ideye alongside former Chelsea midfielder, John Obi Mikel, were members of the Super Eagles that won the 2013 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) in South Africa.
He played for Enyimba for just one season, in the NPFL 2024/25.
