At the Federal Executive Council (FEC) Meeting, important decisions were made to enhance Nigeria’s energy, infrastructure and healthcare facilities.
The Council gave the approval for the upgrade of aviation facilities across the country, as well as, major road and bridge projects.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reaffirmed his government’s commitment to deliver critical infrastructure.
Additionally, the expansion of the oncology centre at University College Hospital, Ibadan was approved.
According to the official X account of the VP: “Vice President @KashimSM, today joined President @officialABAT at the State House Council Chambers for the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting where key decisions were taken to advance Nigeria’s infrastructure, energy, and healthcare priorities.
“The Council approved the upgrade of aviation facilities nationwide, including the full rehabilitation of Terminal 1 at Lagos International Airport.
“Additional approvals covered major road and bridge projects, new electrification works across eight federal universities and their teaching hospitals, and the expansion of the oncology centre at University College Hospital, Ibadan.
“President @officialABAT reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to deliver critical infrastructure and directed ministers to intensify efforts on service delivery under the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
