Former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has sent his good wishes to the Super Falcons as they face Morocco in the final of the Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations (WAFCON) on Saturday night.
Atiku said, “I’ll be watching”.
Nigeria and Morocco, host nation, will fight for the trophy in the WAFCON final on Saturday 26 July, 2025 at Stade Olympique in Rabat at 21:00 (WAT).
Atiku wrote on X: “Wishing our @NGSuper_Falcons a superb outing in today’s finals with their Moroccan counterpart. I will be watching. What about you?”
The Super Falcons have clinched the WAFCON trophy a record nine (9) times and will be looking to lift their tenth tonight.
