Four (4) soldiers of Israel Defence Forces (IDF) have been killed in Northern Gaza.

“The heroic IDF soldiers from the Kafir Brigade fell in battle in Northern Gaza Strip”, as made known by Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
The fighting in Gaza between Israel and Palestinian fighters, known as, Hamas, continues, causing humanitarian condition in the area to deteriorate, with Gaza recording its first Polio case in July after the twenty-five (25) years.
The fallen soldiers are:
- Sergeant Or Katz, 20 years old
- Sergeant Neve Yair Assolin, 21 years old
- Sergeant Geri Lalruakima Zolt, 21 years old
- Sergeant Ofir Eliyahu, 20 years old
According to PM Netanyahu: “My wife Sara and I send our condolences from the bottom of our hearts to the families of the heroic IDF soldiers from the Kafir Brigade who fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip:
Sergeant Or Katz, 20 years old, from Ma’ale Adumim.
Sergeant Neve Yair Assolin, 21 years old, from Caramit.
Sergeant Geri Lalruakima Zolt, 21 years old, from Afula.
Sergeant Ofir Eliyahu, 20 years old, from Holon.
