Official: Josh King signs new long-term contract with Fulham

Fulham Football Club have announced, Josh King has signed a new long-term contract with Fulham.

The four-year deal will keep the English midfielder at Craven Cottage until 30th June 2029.

According to the Club’s official website, King said: “Honestly, I’m delighted about it. I’ve been at the Club for about 13 years now, so it’s a long, long time, and I’m just delighted to be continuing and staying for another four years.

“I say to my family it’s like a second home, and it’s such a nice feeling to be able to stay here. Obviously I know a lot of people [here], I’ve got some good friends and made some really good connections, so it will be nice to continue that on.”

Having scaled through the Academy ranks – usually playing at least a year above his age group – last season had King clinch his senior breakthrough.

American businessman, Sports Executive and Owner of Fulham FC, Tony Khan, said: “I’m pleased to announce that Josh King has today signed a long-term contract with Fulham, keeping him at the Club until at least the summer of 2029.

“Josh is an exciting young player. He has been with Fulham for many years and has consistently impressed and has developed well, with Marco giving him his senior debut in the Carabao Cup win over Birmingham City in August 2024, followed in December by his Premier League debut when he came on against Brighton at the Cottage, and this summer he’s also performed well for England U19s at the Euros.

“We’re thrilled that Josh will be with us for the long-term! Congratulations, Josh! Come on Fulham!”
