The National Sports Festival 2024, tagged, ‘Gateway Games 2024’ medals table as at morning of Tuesday 27 May, 2025.
Delta State tops with a total of 190 medals – 80 Gold, 46 Silver and 64 Bronze; Bayelsa State follows win 125 medals – 50 Gold, 36 Silver and 39 Bronze; while host State, Ogun State has won a total of 114 medals – 44 Gold, 39 Silver and 41 Bronze.
Following months of delays and wait, the 22nd National Sports Festival — Gateway Games 2024 — is currently taking place in Ogun State with more than 14,000 athletes fighting for medals in different events.
Initially scheduled for November 2024, the festival was faced with series of setbacks, first moved to January 2025, until eventually rescheduled for 16–30 May.
