Belgian manager, Vincent Kompany, clinched his “first trophy” in his “first season” at Bayern Munich.
The former Manchester City defender joined Bayern Munich in 2024 from newly promoted Burnley.
Burnley earned their promotion to the Premier League from second tier, Championship, after a 2-1 victory over Sheffield United at Turf Moor on Monday 21 April, 2025.
Bayern Munich emerged Champions of Germany after Freiburg and Bayer Leverkusen finished 2-2 in the Bundesliga match on Sunday 4 May, 2025 at Europa-Park Stadion.
