Uefa Champions League 2024/25: Barcelona 4-0 Dortmund – Lewandowski nets brace in dominant win

Spanish La Liga side, Barcelona, cruised past German Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund, by four (4) goals to nothing in the Uefa Champions League quarter final first leg in Spain on Wednesday 9 April, 2025.

Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski, netted twice against his former club Dortmund as Barcelona breezed to victory in the European showdown.

Raphinha opened scoring for the Catalans in the 25th minute, Lewandowski scored his brace in the 48th and 66th minutes and Lamine Yamal sealed the win in the 77th minute with the fourth.

Hansi Flick’s Barcelona will take a massive four-goal advantage to the Signal Iduna Park next Tuesday after a beautiful attacking performance inspired a memorable triumph at Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.

On the other side, French Ligue 1 side, Paris Saint-Germaine (PSG) discomfited English Premier League side, Aston Villa, 3-1 at Parc des Princes.
