English side Manchester United have been drawn against Spanish side Barcelona in the Uefa Europa League Knockout Round Play-Offs.

At the stage of the tournament, eight runners-up from the Europa League groups which encompasses Manchester United will play against eight teams who emerged third in the Uefa Champions League group.
Italian side Juventus will face French side Nanates, and Former United head coach, Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma will feature against RB Salzburg.
The first legs will take place on 16 February, with the second legs on 23 February.
The teams that emerge victorious in the Europa League knockout play-offs will head on to feature in the last 16 of the competition, which has Arsenal, who scaled through the preliminaries as group toppers.
Barcelona manager, Xavi, has already bared his mind on the draw against the Red Devils, describing the encounter as a “massive challenge” for the Catalans.
He said: “We will have to compete, going to Manchester against a really top rival and an historic side which has grown a lot with the arrival of [Erik] ten Hag.
“[They have] great individual players and it is the toughest rival once again in the Europa League.
“It’s a massive challenge for us.”
