Photos: Sanwo-Olu presents new vehicles to officers in Lagos State Public Service

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State, made known, he presented new official vehicles to level 17 officers across the Lagos State Public Service.

The Governor said on X, these officers play a “key” role in how Ministries, Departments in the Southwestern State are run.

The official vehicles were presented to the officers on Tuesday 24 March, 2026.

Governor Sanwo-Olu announced: “Today, I presented new official vehicles to our Level 17 officers across the Lagos State Public Service.

“These are Directors who play a key role in how our Ministries, Departments, and Agencies deliver results. Supporting them is a practical step to help them do their work better.”

The Governor believes, “good” governance is guaranteed when the Public Service is “motivated”, saying, it is part of his administration’s ongoing moves to “strengthen” delivery of service around the system.

Governor Sanwo-Olu said: “A motivated public service is at the heart of good governance. When people are properly equipped, they take more ownership, stay focused, and deliver with greater commitment.

“This is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen service delivery and raise the standard of performance across the system.”

The Governor made the presentation few days after returning alongside President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu from a United Kingdom (UK) State visit.
