Chuck Norris was a ‘badass in real life and Hollywood’ – Arnold Schwarzenegger

Austrian and American actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, said, he is grateful that he was able to work with Chuck Norris “in multiple ways over the years”.

Chuck Norris, American martial artist, who emerged an iconic action star and led the hit series ‘Walker, Texas Ranger’, has passed on at the age of eighty-six (86).

Schwarzenegger, an American politician, made known, he worked with Norris by “promoting fitness”, as well as, “sharing the screen together”.

The 38th Governor of California State described Norris as a “badass in real life and in Hollywood”.

Norris was hospitalised in Hawaii and his family posted a statement on Friday disclosing the actor passed that morning.

Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote on X: “Chuck was an icon.

“I am grateful that I was able to work with him in multiple ways over the years, from promoting fitness to sharing the screen together. He was a badass, in real life and in Hollywood.

“His legend will be with us forever. My thoughts are with his family.”

Norris’ family said, the actor lived his life with “unwavering commitment” to those he love.

The statement released by Norris’ family on Instagram reads: “It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.

“To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family.

“He lived his life with faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved. Through his work, discipline, and kindness, he inspired millions around the world and left a lasting impact on so many lives.

“As we grieve this loss, we kindly ask for privacy for our family during this time.”
