First Lady Oluremi Tinubu donates ₦1bn to victims of Mokwa flood

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Nigeria’s First Lady, has made a huge donation of ₦1 billion to victims of the recent Mokwa flood In Niger State.

The donation was made through the Renewed Hope Initiative, as announced by Busola Kukoyi, Office of the First Lady.

The First Lady made the donation during a condolence visit to the North Central State, handing the cheque to Governor Umaru Bago, as well as, relief materials.

Busola Kukoyi announced on X: “First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated ₦1 billion to support victims of the recent flood in Mokwa, Niger State, through the Renewed Hope Initiative.

“She made the donation during a condolence visit to the state, presenting the cheque and relief materials to Governor Umaru Bago in Minna.”
