Four (4) clubs have gained promotion from the Nigeria National League (NNL), second football league system, to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The four (4) teams will feature in the top flight 2025/26 season.
The teams gained promotion to Nigeria’s first football league system following the NNL Super eight (8) play-offs.
The four (4) newly promoted teams:
Wikki Tourists FC
Barau FC
Kun Khalifat FC
Warri Wolves FC

Wikki Tourists FC 4-0 Yobe Desert Stars
Doma United 0-2 Barau FC
Osun United 1-2 Kun Khalifat FC
Warri Wolves 2-1 Crown FC
Wikki Tourists FC and Warri Wolves FC are making their returns to the Nigerian top flight, while Kun Khalifat FC and Barau FC are featuring for the first time.
