King Charles III and Queen welcome President Macron and Mrs Macron to Windsor Castle

King Charles III, Queen Camilla and The Prince and Princess of Wales, have welcomed President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife, Mrs. Macron to Windsor Castle, the Royal Family announced.

The Royal Family further announced, the French President and his wife received a Ceremonial Welcome to the United Kingdom (UK), joining The King and Queen for a carriage procession to Windsor Castle, where President Macron was invited to inspect the Guard of Honour.

Macron and his wife were received at Windsor Castle as the Buckingham Palace undergoes “Reservicing Programme”.

The French Leader had earlier made known, the United Kingdom (UK) and France will address “major challenges” in the areas of artificial intelligence, defence, culture, nuclear energy and others at the Franco-British Summit.
