Prosecutors argued the ‘Last Night’ crooner should not be released on bail because, previously, he had contacted witnesses and victims.
The record producer was arrested Monday night at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a source familiar with negotiations revealed.
