Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has expressed his gratitude to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following the commissioning of the Maitama – Gishiri Bridge, Katampe, Jahi, Mabushi Link Roads.
On Wednesday 11 June, 2025, President Tinubu commissioned the projects.
At the commissioning of the road projects, President Tinubu told the former Governor of Rivers State, that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will welcome him whenever he decided to join the Party.
The President commissioned the road projects just a day after arriving in Abuja following his Sallah holiday in Lagos.
In Lagos, the President commissioned several major projects including, the completed section of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Superhighway, and the Lekki Deep Sea Port Road which leads to the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals in Lekki.
Wike wrote: “Maitama – Gishiri Bridge, Katampe, Jahi, Mabushi Link Roads.
