Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), Keir Starmer, said, “if you want to live in the UK, you should speak English.”
The UK PM tagged it “common sense”.
He added, his Labour government is “raising English language requirements across every main immigration route.”
Starmer accused the Tories of running “an immigration system that relied on cheap foreign labour instead of investing in British workers”, saying, “that betrayal ends now”.
