Premier League club, Chelsea, have clinched another major feat following their Uefa Europa Conference League triumph on Wednesday night.
The Blues, guided by Italian manager, Enzo Maresca, fought from the back to defeat Spanish La Liga side, Real Betis, 4-1 and lift the Uefa Europa Conference League trophy in Poland on Wednesday 28 May, 2025.
This beautiful victory has placed Chelsea as the fist team to cart home all European major honour.
These European Major Honours are:
• Uefa Champions League – 2011/12, 2020/21
• Uefa Europa League – 2012/23, 2018/19
• Super Cup – 1998, 2021
• Cup Winners’ Cup – 1970/71, 1997/98
• Uefa Europa Conference League – 2024/25
Real Betis went in front in the 9th minute through A. Ezzalzouli, before the Blues scored four times through Enzo Fernandez, Nicholas Jackson, Jadon Sancho and Moses Caicedo in the 65th, 70th, 83rd minutes and the 1st minute of additional time respectively.
The showdown had English attacking midfielder, Cole Palmer, clinch the Player Of The Match award following his beautiful performance for the Blues.
