Nottingham Forest have secured their spot in Uefa European Comptition for the 2025/26 campaign after finishing 2-2 against Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s Leicester City on Sunday.
In the Premier League match on Sunday 11 May, 2025, Nottingham Forest and Leicester City ended 2-2 at City Ground; C. Coady opened scoring for the Foxes in the 13th minutes, but, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side responded with two goals from M. Gibbs-White and Chris Wood in the 25th and 56th minutes respectively.
The visitors fought back and levelled through F. Bouonanotte, converting Jamie Vardy’s assist.
Engkish striker, Jamie Vardy, has announced, he will part ways with Leicester City at the end of the season as the Foxes have been relegated to the English second tier, Championship.
Currently, Nottingham Forest are 7th with 62 points while Leicester City are 19th win 22 points.
