Minutes after coming off the bench in the Premier League match on Tuesday 1 April, 2025 at Emirates Stadium against Fulham, English winger, Bukayo Saka, enjoyed a beautiful return to action by netting the winner for Arsenal in the 73rd minute.
Mikel Merino had scored for Mikel Arteta’s side in the first 45 minutes before Saka was introduced midway through the second, and within eight (8) minutes he was celebrating after heading home a neat Gabriel Martinelli flick to seal victory with his 10th goal of the campaign.
Rodrigo Muniz pulled one back for Cottagers in the 3rd minute of additional time.
Today’s encounter was Saka’s first after 101 days out injured.
