President Bola Tinubu has sent his congratulations to Remo Stars after the club emerged Champions of Nigeria on Sunday.
Remo Stars beat Niger Tornadoes by a lone goal in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State on Sunday 27 April, 2025, thanks to O. Adebayo’s goal in the 84th minute.
The President described the Sky Blue Stars’ “historic league victory, four years after the team’s promotion to the elite league, as a testament to the hard work, discipline and unyielding spirit of the players, the coaching crew and the management.”
