Jules Kounde’s goal in extra time helped Barcelona beat Real Madrid to win the Copa del Rey in a remarkable Clasico in Seville.
Following a 2-2 draw in 90 minutes and with penalties drawing nigh, the Catalans defender took possession of the ball 22 yards out and drilled a fine effort into the bottom corner.
Hansi Flick’s Barcelona had been by far the better side in the first 45 minutes, but, Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid improved dramatically after Kylian Mbappe came on as a substitute.
Pedri opened scoring for Barca in the 28th minute, but the Los Blancos fought back and levelled through Mbappe in the 70th minute and Aurelien Tchouameni netted the second for Madrid in the 77th minute.
In the 84th minute, Ferran Torres equalized for Barcelona to take the showdown into extra time where Kounde sealed it up for Flick’s side in the 116th.

Three Real Madrid players, Antonio Rudiger, Lucas Vazquez and Jude Bellingham, were red carded late in the extra time.
This outcome means former Bayern Munich boss Flick has now won all three Clasicos since taking charge of Barca in the summer.
HC: Ancelotti has really done well with Real Madrid but at the end of the season, he should leave the club, PLEASE! Does this mean Mbappe won’t win any trophy this season?!
