Goals from Cody Gakpo, Mohamed Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai and Virgil van Dijk in the 34th, 51st, 75th and 80th minutes respectively struck out Lucas Bergvall’s goal from the first leg, slamming Spurs with their joint heaviest defeat of Ange Postecoglou’s charge.
Liverpool will slug it out with Newcastle United, who amazingly overpowered Arsenal with a 4-0 aggregate win, in the final at Wembley on Sunday 16 March, 2025.
