Trump’s Inauguration: ‘The new Trump term can’t come soon enough’ – Liz Truss

Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), Liz Truss, said, she is in Washington DC ahead of the inauguration of Donald Trump as US President.

Truss said, “the new Trump term can’t come soon enough”, adding, “the West needs it”.

Donald Trump will be inaugurated as next President of the United States on Monday 20 January, 2025, taking over the White House from President Joe Biden.

Trump of the Republican Party defeated Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party in the US Presidential Election 2024 to emerge the 47th President of the US.

The US Presidential Election 2024 held on Tuesday 5 November, 2024.
