Super Falcons of Nigeria sharpshooter, Asisat Oshoala, remains the player with the most ever CAF Player Of The Year awards.

Oshoala has clinched the award a record six (6) times; she currently plays as a striker for National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club Bay FC.
The Nigerian missed out in the CAF Awards 2024 Player Of The Year (Women), however, two other Super Falcons players were nominated – goalkeeper, Nnadozie Chiamaka (Paris FC, Nigeria), and striker, Rasheedat Ajibade (Atletico Madrid, Nigeria).
According to CAF: “Asisat Oshoala reigns supreme as the player with the most ever (6) Player of the Year awards.”
CAF Awards 2024 is scheduled to take place on Monday 16 December, 2024.
