Israel V Hamas: One Year After – Statement from US Gen Kurilla ‘More than 40 American citizens brutally m*rdered’

Statement from Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla, commander, U.S. Central Command, Marking the One Year Since the October 7th Attack.

In the statement, Gen. Kurilla said, “over 1,200 innocent civilians were brutally murdered by Hamas on October 7, 2023 including 40 American citizens.”

He added, “251 innocent hostages are taken, including 12 American”, describing the attack on Israel by Hamas “a year ago today as the worst terrorist attack in Israel’s history”.
