At the 57th Session of the Human Rights Council (HCR 57), Russia called for “global efforts to eradicate systemic racism and restore justice for African nations impacted by colonialism & exploitation.”

The HCR 57 which started on 9 September, 2024 will conclude on 11 October, 2024.
According to Russian Mission in Geneva: “Russia at #HRC57:
We call for global efforts to eradicate systemic racism and restore justice for African nations impacted by colonialism & exploitation.
“Education is key to defeating racism and achieving economic sovereignty. Russia & Africa share a strong history of cooperation in education & science.”
