Delta State: Governor Oborevwori commission lecture hall at Nigerian Maritime University

According to Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori: “Yesterday, at Okerenkoko in Warri South-West Local Government Area of the state, I commissioned the Nigerian Maritime University Lecture Hall built by our administration. This is a good example of what collaboration between the state and the federal government should be.

More importantly, this is consistent with the MORE Agenda for meaningful development. The riverine communities are very dear to the heart of this administration, and we will continue to support them within available resources.

At the event, I directed the Commissioner for the Directorate of Riverine Infrastructure, Mr. Ebikeme Clark, to commence the scooping of the Access Road to the campus. I urged the community indigenes to maintain the peace we currently enjoy and to take ownership of the university’s infrastructure, as this specialised institute could attract further development.”
