He made the announcement at the 16th Edition of the BRICS Summit 2024 ongoing in Kazan, Russia.
The event started on Tuesday 22 October, 2024 and will conclude on Thursday 24 October, 2024.
Also, BRICS condemned Israel’s war on Gaza and called for “immediate ceasefire” in the region.
According to BRICS News: “Russia’s President Putin says “Iran has become a fully-fledged member of the BRICS.”
It added: “BRICS officially condemns Israel and calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.”
