‘Disconnect and decompress if you are feeling overwhelmed’ – UNICEF

UNICEF, officially United Nations Children’s Fund; originally United Nations International Children Emergency Fund, has advised, “if you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay to disconnect and decompress”.

The UN humanitarian aid Organization further advised, “even a short break can make a difference”, and it’s necessary to “take a break and give yourself some love”.
