This makes it 15 times the Spanish giants have emerged Champions of Europe.
In his final game for Real Madrid, Toni Kroos set up the opener with a corner for Dani Carvajal in the 74th minute and England’s Jude Bellingham assisted Vinicius Junior to seal victory for Carlo Ancelotti’s side with the second in the 83rd minute.
For Kroos, Carvajal, Nacho and Luka Modric, it is a remarkable sixth Champions League win with Real Madrid.
Ancelotti has now won the trophy five times as a manager.
