He added, “the training saves lives and strengthens Ukraine’s efforts.”

Canada and Poland have come together and taken a stand to give Ukraine unwavering support as it defends itself against Russia’s invasion.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine, some Ukrainian territories have been taken, encompassing Avdiivka, which was recently taken as troops of Ukraine withdrew from the area.

Blair said: “Through Operation UNIFIER,

@CanadianForces members are working with our Polish allies to provide combat medic training to Ukrainian troops.

“This training saves lives and strengthens Ukraine’s efforts.

“Yesterday, @CAFreeland and I visited our troops in Poland to say thanks.”

Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, alongside President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, have assured, Ukraine will get every aid it needs, “and that Putin and the Russian regime are held accountable”.
