Manuel Akanji opened scoring for Manchester City in the 48th, however, Young Boys hustled and levelled in the 52nd minute through Meschack Elia.
Erling Braut Haaland netted the second for Pep Guardiola’s side in the 67th minute from the penalty spot, and the Norwegian went ahead to complete his brace with the third in the 86th minute.
